Sejuknya air terjun Cijalu

Saat hari libur atau tanggal merah tiba Anda pasti mengingikan suasana yang berbeda untuk melepas rasa penat yang melekat dibenak Anda, Anda pasti akan mencari tempat yang inda dan juga nyaman untuk memanjakan diri Anda.

Tempat wisata yang terletak disebuah kota biasanya panas, terlalu rame dan sangat membosankan, untuk Anda yang sudah bosan dengan tempat seperti itu, saya ada solusinya.
Mungkin tempat ini cocok untuk Anda melepas penat dan sekaligus memanjakan tubuh Anda.

Anda pasti sudah mengenal istilah air terjun yang biasa disebut curug, sebuah air bersih dan jernih yang mengalir dari tempat yang tinggi dan jatuh ke tempat yang rendah. Sehingga menciptakan pemandangan yang indah dan sejuk, dan apabila embun air terjun terkena sinar matahari maka akan tercipta pelangi yang begitu indah.

Untuk Anda yang berada di sekitar subang dan purwakarta saya sarankan untuk mengunjungi curug Cijalu yang sangat indah dan sejuk.
Air terjun atau curug Cijalu adalah sebuah objek wisata yang secara administrasi pemerintahan terletah di kabupaten Subang, kecamatan Serangpanjang atau sagala herang, desa Cipancar.

Saat tanggal merah kemarin saya dan teman-teman saya berencana untuk liburan ke air terjun Jeruk Purut yang terletak di Purwakarta.
Saya berangkat dari Jakarta pukul 10.30 kemudian sampai di Purwakarta pukul 13.00, Saya jemput teman terlebih dahulu yang kebetulan berada di Purwakarta juga, Karena dia yang tahu jalan menuju curug Jeruk Purut.

Saya dan teman-teman bergegas melanjutkan perjalanan pada pukul 14.00, saat di perjalanan menuju Jeruk Purut, air hujun pun turun membasahi tubuh kami.
Kami pun berhenti dan berunding sambil menunggu hujan reda,  apakah perjalanannya mau dilanjutkan atau tidak?

Setelah hujan agak reda kamipun memutuskan untuk melanjutkan perjalan tetapi merubah tujuam kami, karena hari sudah mulai sore kamipun memutuskan untuk mengunjungi curug Cijalu yang terletak di Subang.
Saat tiba di lokasi yaitu air terjun Cijalu kami pun langsung membayar tiket sebesar Rp.15.000 untuk satu orang dan biaya parkir untuk motor Rp.1000 dan untuk mobil Rp.5000,-

Karena udaranya sangat dingin kamipun mampir untuk memakan jagung bakar terlebih dahulu untuk mengahatkan tubuh kami.
Perjalanan dari pintu masuk ke air terjun ya termasuk tedekat dan mudah untuk dilewati, setelah sampai di curug yang pertama yang tingginya sekitar 50 meter itu ternyata bukan curug Cijalu melainkan curug perempuan.

Sedangkan curug Cijalu berada sekitar 100 meter setelah curug Perempuan, setelah puas menikmati curug Perempuan kami melanjutkan perjalanan meuju Air terjun Cijalu.
Dan alangkah terpesonanya mata ini meihat Curug Cijalu yang begitu tinggi dan indah tentunya, kamipun tidak melewatkan kesempatan bagus ini, untuk diabadikan lewat jepretan kamera.

Saat kami berada dekat dengan air terjun Cijalu, udara sejukpun sangat terasa ditubuh kami dan jiwa ini pun terasa sangat tenang dan nyaman.
Air nya sangat bersih dan jernih begitu juga dengan pemandangan sekitar yang sangat indah membuat kami tidak ingin meninggalkan curug Cijalu.

Tetapi berhubung hari yang sudah mulai gelap jadi kami memutuskan untuk pulang dengan kondisi badan yang sangat fresh.
Konon dahulu kala Curug Cijalu sebelumnya bernama curug Cikondang tetapi setelah dikuasai oleh seorang jawara dari Sunda, curug cikondang diganti menjadi curug Cijalu yang tercipta dari dua kata yaitu cai artinya air dan jalu artinya laki-laki yang berarti air kencing seorang laki-laki, karena bentuk air terjun ini sangat tinggi dan air yang mengalir terjun kebawah termasuk kecil .
