Hay sob apa kabarnya nih? Senang masih bisa bertemu dalam sebuah artikel sederhana ini.
Dalam kesempatan kali ini saya akan membahas tentang Apakah jomblo itu tidak laku?
Pasti sudah tau kan jomblo itu apa? Jomblo yaitu jodoh mungkin belum okey alias belum punya pacar atau single.

Setiap manusia pasti mendambakan seorang kekasih hati untuk mewarnai dalam hidupnya, namun jalan tidak selalu mulus sob banyak lika-likunya. Apa yang kita dapatkan terkadang tidak sesuai dengan apa yang kita harapkan.
Jadi kita harus berusaha lebih keras lagi unuk mendapatkannya okey sob.

Nah apabila anda masih belum punya pasangan hidup alias jomblo apakah ada alsanya??
Banyak faktor yang menyebabkan seseorang menjadi jomblo, jadi jangan berasumsi kalau jomblo itu tidak laku yah.
Apakah jomblo karena Anda jelek?? Tidak juga, karena banyak temen saya yang tergolong kurang tampan tetapi gampang mencari pasangan, kalau itu sih bagaimana kita bisa gombalin cewe saja wkwkk.

Terus faktor apa saja dong yang membuat seseorang betah dengan posisi jomblo? Okey faktornya sebagai berikut yak:

1. Mungkin penampilan Anda kurang menarik
2. Mungkin Anda tipe orang yang tidak mudah bergaul dengan orang baru
3. Mungkin Anda belum move on dari mantan Anda
4. Mungkin belum ada yang cocok bagi Anda
5. Mungkin Anda masih ingin merasakan kebebasan
6. Mungkin Anda masih ingin menyendiri dulu
7. Mungkin juga Anda terlalu sibuk dengan kerjaan Anda sehingga tidak ada waktu untuk mencari pasangan hidup.
8. Mungkin bagi umat muslim, tidak ingin pacaran takut menimbulkan dosa dikarenakan bukan muhrimnya, tetapi langsung menghalalkan atau meminangnya, berdasarkan sariat yang sudah terapkan.

So jagan berfikiran negatif dulu yak kalau belum tahu kebenaranya...

Pengalaman menggunakan iphone

Salam jumpa kawan semua, kali ini saya akan berbagi pengalaman saya menggunakan iphone dari Apple.
Siapa yang tak kenal dengan alat komunikasi Hand Phone???  Pasti sudah kenal semua dong apalagi iphone ,produk dari apple ini sangat exclusive sehingga banyak di minati oleh kalangan tertentu.
Karena kemampuan dan fiturnya sudah tidak di ragukan lagi, iphone juga menjadi primadona dikalangan masyarakat.

 Di jaman modern seperti sekarang Smart phone merupakan bagian yang tidak bisa terpisahkan dari aktifitas kita.
Bahkan akhir-akhir ini Smart Phone dapat mengubah segalanya lakh kok bisa?? Coba saja Anda tengok di angkutan umum, ruang tunggu bahkan di dalam rumah pun setiap orang pada sibuk dengan gadget nya masing-masing.

Yang lebih parah mereka lebih memilih alat komunikasi untuk menyampaikan pesan atau kepantingan daripada menyampaikannya langsung, kalau jaraknya jauh sih bisa di maklumi, tetapi yang saering terjadi malah jarak yang tergolong dekat.

Semoga kedepannya Hand Phone dapat di dengan benar dan bermanfaat.
Oke lagsung saja ke TKP, awal saya membeli iphone 5  dari apple ini sangat mengesankan, sejak awal penggunaan begitu memanjakan.
Layarnya begitu lembut juga responsif , kamera ya lumayan lah, koneksi cepat tanpa nglake apalagi speakernya begitu empuk dan mantep.

Tentunya saya sangat menyayanginya wkwkkw saya menjaga dan merawatnya dengan baik, sampai-sampai saya kasih tempered glass depan belakang di tambah soft caase.
Dengan demikian iphone saya pasti terjaga tidak akan lecet.

Tetapi setelah setahun lebih dilewati iphone saya mengalami perubahan, terutama di bagian layar namun karena masih kecil belum terlalu terlihat saya diamkan saja.
Seiring waktu berlalu perubahan di layar iphone pun semakin terlihat jelas, layar iphone terlihat kembung.

Kekuatan battery nya pun semakin menurun, saya fikir sih wajar saja karena sudah usia jadi tidak pernah berfikir battery nya bermasalah.
Karena layar iphone saya sudah tidak enak di pandang dan di gunakan, saya putuskan untuk mengganti LCD nya saja karena saya fikir touchcreen nya masih bagus.

Kebetulan saya punya temen ahli di bidang service segala jenis Hand Phone saya pun langsung menemui dan menceritakan keluhan iphone saya.
Teman saya pun menyanggupi untuk memperbaikinya, ketika teman saya membuka layar iphone saya, alangkah terkejutnya saya melihat kondisi iphone kesayangan saya sudah mengandung 8 bulan hikz hikz.

Ternyata dugaan saya selama ini salah, sumber utama dari semua masalah ini ternyata pada tersangka battery iphone saya yang sudah kembung. Yang lebih menyakitkan lagi LCD dan Touchcreen nya juga ikutan rusak, karena battery iphone 5 terletak di depan makan layar iphone saya tidak kuat menahnya dan akhirnya harus di ganti semua.

Setelah saya flash back ternyata karena penggunaan saya yang salah, karena saya merupakan seorang gamer makanya sering main game sambil ngacas bisa sampai seharian tetapi tidak pernah ada masalah pada smart phone sebelumnya. Smart phone sebelumnya saya menggunakan Hp Asus yaitu jenis battery tanam, mungkin karena beda fungsi kali ya.

Di sini saya cuma ingin mengingatkan saja untuk calon atau pengguna iphone, berdasarkan pengalaman saya bahwa gadget iphone tidak cocok untuk gamer.
Jadi solusinya Anda harus punya dua Smart Phone atau tablet untuk pencita iphone tetapi gamer juga.

Kenapa bisa terjadi kentut

hahahhaha edisi kali ini spesial, apayang spesial? karena membahas sesuatu yang sering kita sembunyikan.
Terutama bagi kaum wanita mereka sangat menjaga nya atau biasa di sebut jaim, mengapa bisademikian?? Ya karena lucu saja masa cewe cantik kentutnya keras wkwkwk apalagi sedang sama pacar atau di tempat umum.

Bukan karena malu saja tetapi karena memang kita dituntut untuk tidak kentut sembarang harus bisa menjaga etika.
Nah apakah kalian tau asal usul atau kenapa bisa terjadi kentut??
Ini dia jawabannya:

Kentut berasal dari gas sisa dari proses pengelolaan makanan yang terjebak di dalam usus besar, kemudian keluar melalui anus.
kenapa kentut ada yang bersuara nyaring dan halus?
Kentut yang sudah terkumpul banyak kemudian di keluarkan dengan tekanan dan keluar melalui saluran yang sempit mungkin karena posisi duduk atau tidur dapat menghasilkan bunyi yang nyaring.

Sebaliknya apabila di keluarkan dengan pelan dan posisi anus bebas pasti suara fals atau halus wkwkk
Nah sekarang kenapa kentut bisa bau??
Apabila kita sedang merasakan mules karena ingin buang air besar pasti kentut kita ber aroma bau taksedap, itu karena gas di dalam usus  tercampur dengan  kotoran yang sudah menuju anus saat gas mau keluar.

Kenapa hari minggu dijadikan hari libur

Anda, anak sekolah, pegawai negeri atau perusahan lainya pasti menunggu hari yang satu ini yaitu hari minggu. Setiap kalangan pasti menunggu dan senang akan datangnya hari ini, hari ini juga biasa di sebut hari weekend atau holiday yaitu hari berlibur ria. Tetapi apakah Anda tahu asal usul hari minggu?? Mengapa hari minggu dijadikan hari libur atau tanggal merah?? Mengapa tidak hari senin, selasa, rabu, kamis, jum'at atau sabtu saja??

Asal mula hari minggu dijadikan hari libur berasal dari bangsa romawai kuno, karena bangsa romawi kuno percaya bahwa hari minggu adalah hari terbaik untuk beribadah. Karena saking taatnya beribadah dan tidak mau terganggu atau ketinggalan maka hari minggu di jadikan hari libur.

Bangsa romawi kuno juga sering menandai hari penting dengan warna merah. 

Hari minggu juga menjadi hari libur atau tanggal merah di seluruh dunia terkecuali negara-negara tertentu saja.

Contohnya di negara israel atau yahudi, mereka meyakini hari sabtu hari yang baik untuk ibadah, maka di israel hari sabtu di jadikan hari libur.

Lain juga di negara arab saudi mereka lebih memilih hari jum'at sebagai hari libur karena hari jum'at di percaya mebawa penuh berkah dan cocok untuk beribadah.

Lah terus kenapa negara indonesia yang mayoritas dengan umat islam malah memilih hari minggu sebagai hari libur???

Karena pada jaman dahulu kala bangsa romawi kuno banyak menguasai negara-negara di eropa seperti: jerman, francis, belanda dan lain-lain.

Maka kepercayaan romawi kuno tersebut menyebar pada wilayah-wilayah kekuasaannya hingga sampai sekarang.

Lah terus apa hubungannya dengan negara INDONESIA??? Tentu ada hubungannya karena negara indonesia pernah di jajah oleh bangsa belanda yang merupakan negara yang pernah di kuasai oleh bangsa romawi kuno yang menerapkan hari minggu sebagai hari libur dan begitu pula negara indonesia yang mengikuti jejak negara belanda yang berasal dari bangsa romawi kuno.

Siapakah yang patut disalahkan??

Setelah marak beredar kasus kekerasan s3ksual yang akhir-akhir ini sering terjadi pada kaum remaja bahkan anak dibawah umur.

Terkadang saya merasa sedih mendengar kasus ini yang tak kunjung selesai bahkan bertambah tinggi intensitasnya.

Semakin hari kasus kekerasan yang terjadi pada negri kita semakin parah, kekerasan s3ksual yang terjadi biasanya berujung dengan pembunuhan yang begitu kejam dan tidak bertanggung jawab.

Contohnya kasus anak remaja yang mati tragis dengan gagang pacul menancap pada k3maluannya setelah di p3rkosa oleh tiga orang di daerang tanggerang.

Kenapa harus lebih dari satu orang dan berakhir dengan pembunuhan tragis? Apakah motif dibalik semua ini?? Siapakah yang patut disalahkan??

Karena kasus kejahatan seperti ini akan menghancurkan generasi muda yang akan menjadi penerus bangsa kita.

Sebelum menjawab pertanyaan diatas mari kita cari tahu terlebih dahulu apa penyebab sehingga terjadi kejahatan tersebut.

1. Karena adanya sinyal yang diberikan oleh si korban kepada si pelaku
2. Adanya peluang
3. Adanya tempat

Dalam kasus ini si korban biasanya menggunakan pakaian yang terbuka atau s3ksi dan mengunakan perhiasan yang berlebihan sehingga si pelaku menjadi t3rangsang dan merencanakan hal yang negatif terhadap sang korban,  meskipun sebelumnya si pelaku tidak ada niat sama sekali.

Hal ini di karenakan etika sang korban belum memenuhi standar.

• Adanya peluang

Tindak kejahatan tidak akan terjadi apabila tidak ada peluang atau kesempatan, biasanya si korban terlalu mudah untuk dikelabui oleh si pelaku, contohnya sang korban di ajak ketemuan oleh si pelaku yang baru ia kenal di media sosial, sang korban berpergian sendiri tanpa adanya teman, sang korban

• Adanya tempat

Yang satu ini tak kalah penting nya sama yang tadi kita bahas, ya karena tempat sangat di perlukan oleh si pelaku agar tindakannya tidak di ketahui oleh orang lain.

Tempat yang biasa di gunakan oleh si pelaku biasanya tempat yang jauh dari keramaian atau sepi, kontrakan dan lain-lain, Jadi di usahakan jangan sendirian.

Pemicunya ialah karena minuman beralkohol, obat terlarang, penampilan si korban, gampangnya mendapatkan situs yang tidak bermoral di internet dan lain-lain.

Apakah kalian tidak mengetahuinya?? Bahwa semua itu adalah budaya barat yang ingin menghancurkan kita, secara tidak sadar kita telah di racuni oleh mereka.

Untuk jawaban diatas:

1. Untuk memudahkan si pelaku dalam aksinya
2. Karena si pelaku ingin menghilangkan jejak atau bukti
3. Motif nya mungkin karena dendam pribadi atau pengaruh alkohol dan obat-obatan terlarang dan unsur ketidak sengajaan
4. Siapa yang patut atau harus disalahkan?? silahkan dijawab sendiri. hehehe

Sopir metro mini minta gaji RP.8 juta kepada Ahok

Jakarta: Sudah gila kali ya bukannya ucapan terimakasih malah minta gajih RP.8 juta perbulan.

Gubernur DKI Jakarta Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok) mengaku mendapat kabar soal sopir Metromini yang meminta gaji Rp8 juta per bulan bila bergabung dengan PT Transjakarta. Ahok pun geleng kepala menanggapi permintaan itu.

Sementara pemerintah menyanggupi membayar setiap sopir dua kali upah minimum provinsi per bulan. UMP DKI Jakarta pada 2016 Rp3,1 juta. Menurut Ahok, angka yang ditawarkan pemerintah tersebut sudah sangat wajar.

"Kamu jadi sopir bus yang tarik penumpang dapat tidak gaji segitu (dua kali UMP)? Itu namanya ngelunjak," kata Ahok di Balai Kota, Jalan Medan Merdeka Selatan, Jakarta Pusat, Selasa (5/1/2016).

Menurut Ahok, pemerintah memberikan yang terbaik bagi sopir di bawah naungan PT Transjakarta. Selain gaji, sopir juga mendapat asuransi kesehatan. "Kalau kamu (sopir Metromini) tidak mau, jangan kerja sama kami," ujar Ahok dengan nada meninggi.

Mantan Bupati Belitung Timur ini tak melarang sopir Metromini unjuk rasa, syaratnya jangan anarkistis. Ahok tak akan memaksa sopir Metromini bergabung dengan PT Transjakarta.

"Kalau membakar (TransJakarta) saya akan lapor polisi, biar ditangkap. Bus di Jakarta kalau tidak begitu sampai kiamat tidak akan beres," katanya.

Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta sedang gencar membenahi transportasi umum. Angkutan umum yang tidak layak jalan dikandangkan. Pada Desember 2015, lebih dari 200 Metromini bobrok ditarik ke pool Rawa Buaya, Jakarta Barat.

Pemerintah 'memaksa' pengusaha angkutan umum menyediakan bus baru dan untuk operasionalnya berkerja sama dengan PT Transjakarta. Kopaja sudah bergabung dengan PT Transjakarta menjadi pengumpan bus TransJakarta.

Sopir Kopaja terintegarasi TransJakarta mendapat keuntungan seperti gaji dua kali ump per bulan, bonus per kilometer, tidak sistem setoran, dan bekerja delapan jam setiap hari. PT Transjakarta akan membayar ke pemilik Kopaja sesuai operasional bus.

Ternyata Ahok yang menentukan NJOP RS sumber waras

Berikut ini saya akan menyajikan berita dalam negri.

Aksi akrobatik dan silat lidah serta bela diri ala Gubernur DKI Jakarta Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok) nampaknya tidak akan banyak membantu untuk lolos dari jerat hukum.‎ 

Ahok yang selama ini kerap koar-koar menantang dan mempertanyakan kesalahan administrasi pembelian lahan RS Sumber Waras, kian terpojok.‎

Betapa tidak, berdasarkan penelusuran TeropongSenayan, klaim Ahok yang menyebut pembelian lahan RS Sumber Waras tidak salah karena telah sesuai dengan nilai jual objek pajak (NJOP), terbukti keliru. - Pengamat Kebijakan Publik Amir Hamzah menegaskan, tipu muslihat yang dibangun Ahok dalam pembelian lahan RS Sumber Waras mustahil bisa mengelabui penyidik-penyidik handal Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK).

Sebab, kata dia, kebohongan Ahok begitu masif dan sistematis, khususnya dalam menentukan NJOP.

Menurutnya, tidak benar jika harga NJOP pembelian lahan seluas 3,7 hektar itu ditentukan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Pajak sebagaimana digembar-gemborkan Ahok selama ini.

‎

"Ingat, yang memiliki otoritas menentukan NJOP adalah Dinas Pelayanan Pajak‎ Pemrov DKI sebagai pelaksana kebijakan keuangan daerah," kata Amir kepada TeropongSenayan di Jakarta, Selasa (5/1/2015).

Peraturan tersebut mulai berlaku sejak Januari 2013, yaitu Dirjen Pajak tidak lagi melakukan penghitungan dan penentuan nilai NJOP.‎

"Sejak tahun 2013, penghitungan dan penentuan pajak sudah diserahkan kepada Pemprov DKI dalam hal ini Dinas Pelayanan Pajak DKI yang tak lain adalah bawahan Ahok. Jadi, jelas bahwa yang menentukan besaran NJOP adalah Ahok sendiri," katanya.‎

Tidak hanya itu, lanjut Amir, dengan segala argumentasinya, kesalahan Ahok justru kian fatal karena NJOP dijadikan dasar transaksi.

"Ini orang bodoh apa pura-pura bego saya tidak tahu. NJOP itu dibentuk bukan untuk digunakan sebagai dasar transaksi, melainkan hanya untuk kepentingan perpajakan.‎ Catat itu," tegas Amir.

‎

Karena itu, Amir berkeyakinan, penggunaan NJOP sebagai dasar transaksi dalam pembelian lahan RS Sumber Waras adalah murni inisiatif dan perintah Ahok kepada bawahannya.

Sehingga jajaran dibawahnya, dalam hal ini Dinas Pelayanan Pajak Pemprov DKI tidak lagi melakukan negosiasi harga.

Amir mengaku memiliki semua bukti dokumen dan kronologis lengkap terkait konspirasi jahat Ahok dengan sang pemilik lahan ketua yayasan kesehatan RS Sumber Waras, Kartini Mujadi, dalam menentukan NJOP.

Dijelaskan Amir, berdasarkan dokumen yang ada, Kepala Dinas Kesehatan DKI baru mengajukan surat Permohonan Keterangan NJOP Tanah Yayasan Kesehatan Sumber Waras bernomor: 10173/-1.711.62 kepada Kepala Dinas Pelayanan Pajak Provinsi DKI Jakarta pada 16 Desember 2014.

"Tetapi anehnya, sebelum surat jawaban dari Dinas Pelayanan Pajak keluar, tepatnya pada tanggal 17 Desember 2014, antara Kepala Dinas Kesehatan DKI, dr. Dien Emawati dan Ketua Yayasan Kesehatan RS Sumber Waras, Kartini Muljadi sudah terjadi akte pelepasan hak dengan harga Rp 20.755.000, dan itu dilakukan di depan notaris," urai Amir.‎

Padahal, lanjut Amir, surat jawaban dari Kepala Dinas Pelayanan Pajak baru keluar pada tanggal 29 Desember 2014‎.

"Memang isinya menyatakan NJOP itu sebesar Rp 20.755.000," terang Amir.‎

"Jadi, ini jelas ada upaya pengkondisian yang sistematis, meski realisasinya amburadul.‎ Surat dari Dinas Pelayanan Pajak itu, saya menduga, si Kepala Dinas mengeluarkan surat karena ditekan dan diperintah oleh Ahok, demi 'melegalkan' persekongkolannya dengan pihak yayasan RS Sumber Waras," ungkapnya.‎
